  Staff was wonderful and very accomodating. Unfortunately small details lacking like damaged furniture and holes where shelves had been removed. The food was very good, but the bed was very hard. Usually I like firm beds bit this was extremely firm. The architecture of the building is gorgeous and it's right on the lake so the location is good. With a little care it could be great, but if you can get a deal it's well worth it.

  Hotel itself is very nice, but the bed was quite stiff and there was a lot of little things that detracted from the appeal, like dents in the wall or holes left from screws and nails that had not been covered over.

  You may find 3 stars severe, since everything about my stay was awesome aside from... the horrible matress ans pillows. I'm still soar from it. The hotel is near the river, with a nice place to run, the internet works well, the rooms are large and well equiped, great tc signal, awesome breakfast. So 5 stars... minus two for the bad bed.
