  Nice place, excellent service, very good food. I will visit Bistro Kapzak again for sure. Portion isn't very big, but very good quality.

  If you're reading this and considering other locations for a nice dinner, don't. This will be one of the most unique dining experiences you've ever had. The service, phenomenal. The food, authentic old country Poland meets modern methods of pairing and presentation. Decor, unique and rustic. Our table had the assortment platter of meats, pickled items, and a shot of lemongrass infused vodka. We also had two perogie appetizers, one with a bechamel sauce and one with caramelized onions and a fried. I recommend both. For main course everyone else had the burgers which were delicious. I felt for pork and opted for the pork chop with zucchini and sweet potato latkes. Delicious would be an understatement. The pork was seasoned to perfection and the latkes were an excellent compliment. All in all. Do yourself a favor and eat at what I consider to be the best resto in Sherbrooke, you won't be disappointed.
